Very very quick.
Rested (again) today because silly me didnt drink enough water to wash out the toxins from my muscles, so they’re sore now. Not all of them, just the thighs and glutes. Too many lunges maybe, lol.
Didn’t want to go more than 1 day without posting, so I decided to keep my commitment.
